FAQ & care
The short answers to the questions I hear most, plus how to keep your ornaments looking their best for years to come. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, there’s a contact form at the bottom.
Shipping
At this time I only deliver to U.S. addresses. All ornaments ship from Paris, Kentucky via USPS. Standard shipping is $5; Priority Mail is available for $10. Orders of two or more ornaments ship free, so if you’re already eyeing a second one, consider this your sign.
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email once yours is on its way.
Returns & exchanges
I want you to love what you get. If something’s not right, reach out within 14 days of delivery and I’ll happily accept a return or exchange. Ship items back within 30 days, in their original condition, and we’ll sort it out. Additionally, buyers cover return shipping, and I can’t refund the original postage.
Custom orders
Because of how much time goes into designing a new ornament — from the initial drawing to pattern-making to stitching the first prototype — I’m not able to take one-off custom requests. Each new design takes many hours before a single finished ornament exists, which makes individual customs hard to offer at a fair price for either of us.
That said, I’m open to bulk custom orders of 25 or more of a single new design. If you’re thinking corporate gifts, event favors, or a special project with enough volume to make the design process worthwhile, I’d love to hear about it. Drop me a note below and let’s talk.
Care for your ornaments
These are wool felt and embroidery floss on a fabric-backed base, so they’re sturdier than they look, but they’re still handmade and deserve a little TLC.
Spot clean gently with cold water and a mild soap if needed. Don’t soak, wring, or machine wash — wool felt doesn’t forgive a spin cycle. Let air dry flat, away from direct heat. When the holidays are over, store them somewhere cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight. Or, if they’ve earned a spot on your shelf year-round, I won’t judge. In fact, I’m flattered.
Handle the stitching gently. These are hand-stitched, so the details are durable but not indestructible. With a little care, they’ll last for years.
