Did you know the calico cat is the official state cat of Maryland? Me either until now. The white, orange, and black also match the colors of the state bird, the Baltimore Oriole. Though I recommend against Maryland putting the two together 🙂
Each wool applique cat ornament is drawn out, carefully cut, and handstitched by yours truly. The oval portion of the ornament measures approximately 2.75″ tall by 2″ wide. Of course because of the handmade nature of this item, minor variations may exist from one ornament to another.
